Wife and I have been seeing Dr. Hernandez for years. Dr. Emilio Hernandez and staff are always professional, wait time is short, and they’ve always taken care of any issues we’ve had. We appreciate their attention to detail too.

Only reason im at this office is because the VA sent me! With that being said......I called to get information about an upcoming appointment. The older lady in the front office either needs training....or an attitude adjustment. She said "she doesn't call for the VA vouchers, its the veterans responsibility."???? I have never had to call the VA myself for any voucher???? Whatever, I hang up and call the VA, to be on hold for 45min. I explain to community care about my situation and they inform me that THEY NEED INFORMATION FROM THE OFFICE! FROM THE RECEPTIONIST! They also let me know that they have a portal that they use to communicate back and forth to make it easier for the office to request a voucher! Could've been a 5min job on the receptionist.......45min wasted time for me! DO YOUR JOB!

I read the comments about this doctor and it is TRUE. He cares money more than anything else. My wife needs to do teeth bridges and was told she has to pay $8000 in advance. The office gave her lots of misleading information, such as it will take long time up to one year if it goes with insurance. Apparently, she could not wait that long. I felt there must something wrong. So I went to another dentist to ask how much it should be for the same treatment and was quoted $4800 even without insurance, and $2400 with insurance. But this doctor simply wants all the $8000 in advance. Other office provided lots of helpful information such as "office rate", "insurance rate" and "pre authorization". This doctor's office will give you nothing information and may give you misleading information on purpose. The doctor himself was just rude, saying " you can go with other dentist if you don't like my pricing", "Everything must be paid in advance" （this statement is even illegal). I will not waste time with this doctor any more. Do your homework and compare with different dentists. That is the best strategy to avoid bad ones.

Dr. Emilio Hernandez and Dr. Alisha Hernandez always make dental appointments worthwhile! Their expertise along with their bedside manners do not go unnoticed. Elvira, dental hygienist, never fails to go above and beyond! The office is very clean and filled with a great environment from all staff members as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this family dentistry to all my friends and family!

Hands down, the best dentist office I've ever been to. Office staff is professional, courteous, and consistent and I can't recommend having a procedure done more than here. I've had several filling and extractions done here and 100% pain free. This office came recommended from my mom after some less than great local experiences. This is my dental professional for life fer sure.
